LeakBot Support Centre

Download the LeakBot app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and follow the setup wizard. You'll need your LeakBot ID which is printed on the device.

LeakBot is compatible with iOS 12.0+ and Android 7.0+. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

Your LeakBot ID is a unique 8-character code printed on a white sticker on your device. You'll also find it in the app under Settings > Device Info.

Install LeakBot on your main water supply pipe, typically found near your water meter, stop tap, or where water enters your property. The pipe should be accessible and within WiFi range.

Look for the main pipe that enters your property from the street. It's usually 15-22mm in diameter and located near your front wall, basement, or utility room. Check near your water meter or main shut-off valve.

LeakBot may not detect leaks properly or give false readings. If you're unsure, contact our support team for guidance or refer to our installation video guide.

LeakBot works on pipes between 15-22mm in diameter. The adjustable clamp accommodates most standard UK water supply pipes.
